1、 Product Overview

E8 keyboard display is a handheld display specifically designed for rail mounted instruments. It uses a 1394 dedicated cable to connect rail mounted instruments without display screens, and is used for data display and parameter settings. This keyboard monitor allows for live plugging and unplugging, can be used only when parameters need to be set, or can be installed on a DIN rail as a long-term monitor.

2、 Functional Features

1. Used for display and keyboard operation of D5 \ \ E5 series rail mounted instruments.

2. It is possible to set the parameters and display data of the lower computer, and the display and keyboard operation functions are fully compatible with the instrument panel.

3. It can be hot plugged with electricity.

4. It can be installed on rails or operated by hand.

5. Used for large screen touch operation recording instruments, programming internal parameters of the instrument.

3、 Panel Description

E8 type guide rail installation instrument keyboard display uses 1394 socket and dedicated wiring to connect D5 and E5 external instruments, and programs the internal parameters of the instruments. It can be used only when programming is required, or it can be installed on a DIN rail as a long-term display.

The description of each part is as follows:

① Upper display window, displaying measured values PV, parameter names, etc

② The lower display window shows the given value SV, alarm code, parameter value, etc

③ The setting key is used to enter the parameter setting state, confirm parameter modifications, etc

④ Data shift (simultaneous program type instrument fixed-point control operation)

⑤ Data reduction key (simultaneous program type instrument running/pausing operation)

⑥ Data addition key (stop operation for programmable instruments)
